A team of experts, some with more than 20 years in the area of Thick Film Hybrids production, offers flexible solutions, creating customer specific modules and bringing to life customer specifications.
Production area.
Design and production of customer specific Thick Film Hybrid IC's. Multilayered, one or double sided. Static/dynamic laser trimming of thick film resistors with high precision and arbitrary nominals in 0.5 Ohm - 5 MOhm range. PCB and TFHIC assembly with SMT and through hole components, functional and final tests on customer specifications. Conformal coating with PU, silicone or acrylic based compounds.
How do we work.
Sonic Hybrids' activities as subcontractor are focused on defining and meeting the customer requirements. For each single case we are working closely with the customer to match the scpecification with our expert knowledge.
Additional activities.
